Thank you for being proactive in helping us as moms equip our girls with tools and knowledge!
The most helpful things were the practical ways to manage stress!
I loved it!! Love practicing these things when not stressed to keep my baseline stress level low.
I loved that my daughter was comfortable sharing her fears and anxiety and that she enjoys spending time with me!
I learned how the body is beautiful in the way it reacts. Let it happen and use the skills of Twirl to help get through the everyday hiccups.
I loved the reminder that we don't have to have it all figured out. We learn as we go. Grow to be the lighthouse!
I learned to make a team and talk to my team about everything.
The rest step of TWIRL helps me to remember to take a break mentally and to save days for a rest.
I realized that I'm not alone with feeling anxious and stressed. I thought that was just me, I guess.
TWIRL is the best. I learned how to twirl and I can twirl whenever I need to.
I liked when all of the parents put the crowns on their girls because it was beautiful to watch
I loved walking around and talking so my mom can better understand me and I can get all the thoughts in my head out.
